Shipping FAQ

Orders typically ship within 2-3 business days.  Delivery is typically 1-7 days after that.

You will receive an email when order is received and again when it is shipped.

Yes! You should receive an email when your order is shipped. It will be updated with a tracking number.

If you contact us ASAP at info@urge2game.com we will do our best to correct the order.  There is a very small window where we are able to make changes.

Returns are accepted for defects or errors on the part of the company printing your order. Returns are not accepted due to user error such as incorrect selection of sizes, designs, colors, etc.
